Good news!
Triple-sharing rooms for families with children aged above 12 will now be catered for. This is to reduce the overall cost for families with three or more "adult" children (above 12). The fee for the camp will then be RM250 per person (instead of RM280) for campers in triple-sharing rooms.
Example cases of the new provision shall be as follows:
(1) Case 1: Husband & Wife with 3 adult children: 2 rooms with one twin sharing and one triple sharing catering to 5 adults altogether. (Total fees: 280*2 + 250*3 = RM1,310)
(2) Case 2: Husband & Wife with 4 adult children: 2 rooms with triple sharing catering to 6 adults altogether. (Total fees: 250*3 + 250*3 = RM1,500)
(3) Case 3: Husband & Wife with 1 adult child: 1 room with triple sharing. (Total fees: 250*3 = RM750)
In the case of a couple with 2 children under 12, all the four can be house in the same room and the adults (under twin sharing) will be charged RM 280 each while their Under 12 children will be charged RM 150 each. For a couple with 1 adult child and 1 under 12 child, the 3 adults (under triple sharing) will be charged RM 250 each and the under 12 child will be charged RM 150.
